Who processes the data

Personal data controller: the owner's details will be provided before the public launch of the site. Contact: madeforua.com@gmail.com.

What data we receive

From the forms and the questionnaire on the site: the type and name of the business, a description of goods or services, working hours, customers' questions, additional details and your Telegram contact. To protect against spam we also store an anonymized IP address code and the browser type.

We use this data to answer your request, contact you, and prepare and show the AI assistant. The basis for processing is your consent.

Where the data is stored

Requests and questionnaires are stored in Supabase, the site and server run on Render, and a notification about a new request reaches the owner in Telegram. These services may process data outside Ukraine. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertisers.

Demo chat and voice

The demo chat and voice work through Google Gemini. Google receives the text of your request and the business details from the questionnaire, and for voice, the text that is read aloud. We do not send your contact there, and we automatically remove phone numbers, email and @usernames from the text. We do not store the demo chat history in our database.

In the free Gemini API, Google may use submitted data to improve its services, and authorized reviewers may read it. Do not enter personal, confidential or payment data.

Customer emails

When a customer writes to the email of a connected business, the text of the email and the business details from the questionnaire are sent to the Groq service, which prepares the reply. We first remove phone numbers, email addresses and @usernames from the email. Under Groq's terms, submitted texts are not used to train models and are not stored by default.

If a question needs a person, the business owner receives a notification in Telegram. The emails themselves stay in the business's mailbox.

Cookie

The site does not use advertising cookies. The browser may store a service marker of the referral source for up to 30 days.

Retention and your rights

We keep request data until you ask us to delete it. To get access to your data, correct or delete it, withdraw consent or stop the messages, write to madeforua.com@gmail.com. We handle requests within the time limits set by Ukrainian law. You may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the court.

The policy is updated when the ways of processing change.
